Ep: 62– Lions Love To Run – The Detroit Lions Podcast

In this episode of the Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Case break down the latest and most important Detroit Lions news, talk about the contest that you *must* enter, discuss the first  game of the season, talk about the Titans with /u/sekular, and go in-depth on the Colts game and what we’ve learned about the Lions with the Riz this week.

During ‘This Week In Reddit’, we take a look at the Colts game with fresh eyes, tell you everything you need to know about Calvin Johnson’s appearance on Dancing With the Stars, go over the Color Rush jerseys and scoff at the power rankings that are out there (I’m looking at you ESPN in particular).  We also break down what to expect in the game against the Titans. Of course Nathan Cheatham provides our Fantasy Football Update, and Case takes us for a trip ‘Around the Division’ to bring us up to date on the latest breaking NFC North news.

We dive into a fun segment that’s always been a fan favorite, “Counterpoint”, and have a great discussion about the Titans with MCM Podcast host and Titans subreddit member /u/sekular (Brandon).  He talks about Marcus Mariota, their running game, and opportunities for their defense.

This week, ‘The Riz’, is back from his much deserved vacation.  He goes deep on the Colts game (with some much deserved praise for Travis Swanson) and talks about player performances for the Lions and what we can expect against the Titans.
