[454] Carolina Panthers Post Game – Detroit Lions Podcast Reacts

In this episode of the Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Sandman are back to react to the result of the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers game. Lions win celebration? Detroit Lions loss therapy? We’re always ready for whatever comes, and we’re here to help you along the way. The biggest question facing the Lions and Detroit Lions fans, can this Lions team keep the foot on the gas, keep winning games, and take the Detroit Lions to the playoffs? Winning out the season can’t be stressed enough, its the one way that the Detroit Lions can retain control in their hunt for a playoff opportunity. This is a crucial game for the Detroit Lions and will define whether the Lions continue to have a road to the playoffs.

Detroit Lions Podcast Reacts

The Carolina Panthers have their own playoff hopes to content with. With the firing of head coach Matt Rhule this year, the Carolina Panthers chances were written off early. The NFC South doesn’t seem to have a team that really wants to take the division convincingly, so a number of bad teams have an opportunity at a decent playoff spot – the Carolina Panthers being one of them. Sam Darnold has played surprisingly well for a team that also ditched its starting quarterback in Baker Mayfield. Its been quite a turn of events in Carolina, and the Panthers are going to prove no easy task for the Detroit Lions.

The weather will definitely be a factor as well. Forecast to be one of the coldest games ever played in Carolina. As a major storm sweeps across the United States, a number of games are at risk of having the weather create difficult playing conditions. Its bound to be a crazy week across the entire NFL this week.

This game is key to the future of the Detroit Lions 2022 NFL season and playoff hopes. The Carolina Panthers are very much in the same boat – both teams have a lot to gain out of a win this week. Buckle up, its going to be a great show!

Speaking of “buckle up”, make sure to head over to our project with Detroit Lions shutdown cornerback Jerry Jacobs to help charities in Detroit. Its a great opportunity to get some great gear and make a difference in the city we all love.
