Ep: 52 – Australian Rules – The Detroit Lions Podcast

DetroitlionsPodcast

In this 52nd episode (and first year anniversary) of the Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Case break down the latest and most important Detroit Lions news, wherever it comes from – even if it has to come to us under Australian Rules.

During ‘This Week In Reddit’, we spend some time discussing what David Carr thinks of Matthew Stafford, what /u/Sportsguy4life thinks of Matthew Stafford, and where we land on, you guessed it, Matthew Stafford.  We talk about the NFL uploading the Dallas Cowboys vs. Detroit Lions game from 2013 to YouTube.  We also weigh in on Jason Hanson’s contributions and realize that we were even spoiled by Eddie Murray.

Lastly, we are joined by some really great friends of the podcast, the Aussie Guys.  When we started our podcast (just over a year ago), the Aussie Guys came to us and lent a big hand in getting us started. We now jump into year two of what has become a great relationship, and have a conversation (using Australian Rules) in which we look both backward and forward in time while doing our best to represent our Detroit Lions.
