The Champions League consists of two 12-team conferences and provides the biggest payout of all of the leagues.
The regular season works the same as the IDP league, as well as most of the playoffs. The change comes in the Championship game, where the top 2 finalists of each conference are paired against the top 2 finalists from the other conference. In other words, there are four players fighting to win the overall championship over both conferences. The winner will be crowned “Super Bowl Champion”.
“Super Bowl Champion” is the league winner with the most points scored. This player wins the 1st place prize. Second place goes to the champion of the opposing league. Third place goes to the losing finalist who scored the most points. So to win money in the Standard League you must make it to the finals in week 15, and not have the lowest score of the three other finalists. The top 4 players will be celebrated for their accomplishments on the podcast, and will play in a league against Chris from the podcast.
The Champions League has full point per reception scoring. All touchdowns are worth six points, individual defensive player scoring, and return yards are counted for only for special teams.
The winner’s payout for each finishing position is as follows:
1st place: $200
2nd place: $120
3rd place: $60
League Capacity 24 teams
