Detroit Lions Joint Practice A Success
In this episode of the Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Jeff react to the first few weeks of Detroit Lions Training Camp including their joint practices against the New York Giants. It was nice for Lions players to get a break from the daily camp battles against their teammates and take out some of their frustrations on an opposing team. The Detroit Lions starters were able to have their way with the New York Giants, and it wasn’t even close. Day 1 of joint practices was a great day for both the Lions offense and defense, with day two showing the strength of the Detroit Lions backup offensive line and more great plays and grabs by the Lions skill position players. CJGJ led the way on Tuesday with an incredible display of shaking players up through the power of the spoken (or shouted) work. He was in rare form, and fans got a front row seat to his derision of Amani Oruwariye. One thing for certain, this defense is here to play, and will not back down from anyone. The Detroit Lions offseason moves are looking better and better each day.
