Ep: 135 – Lions & Bears Postgame Show – The Detroit Lions Podcast

In this live episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris is joined by our favorite subreddit moderator, Punk Rockin’ Trev! Trev does a great job filling in for Case after a convincing Detroit Lions victory.

It’s great to be back in the live postgame show saddle after taking a week off to go see the Lions stomp the Buccaneers. Trev joins us in jubilation after the Lions big Saturday owning of the Bears.  That’s 7 out of the last 8 games for those who are counting – with the best part being Brandon Marshall calling the Lions, “little brother”, near the beginning of the streak.

We talk about the great game that was had by players like Darius Slay, Quandre Diggs, Matthew Stafford, Tion Green, and even Eric Ebron. We also wax poetic about the 8 takeaways the Lions have been able to snap up in the last two games. Feels a lot like earlier in the season when things were going right.

We also talk about the changing calculus on Coach Caldwell and what this win means to that equation. We discuss what might be going through Bob Quinn‘s head, and how this team might be thinking about it will get its next head coach.

We also take your calls which are understandably fewer in number after a Saturday night game.

A hearty thank you to everyone who took the time to join us for the live post game version of the Detroit Lions Podcast!
